Practicing yoga and meditation regularly for over eighteen years, I have a degree in Physical Education and and post-graduate studies in Physical Therapy. In 1986 I started studying and practice Yoga with master Hermogenes, a international honored Brazilian Yoga teacher.

When I decided to work with a healing therapy, I was looking for something scientific and therefore spiritual - in my point of understanding there is no spirituality without science, and vice versa. Spirituality is behind every activity in our lives. We are spiritual beings.

What brought The BodyTalk System™ to my attention is the concept that we are all our own “healers“. The healing is not in me… I am not healing anyone. The healing is in you. It is there, it has been there and it will be always there.

Life is not supposed to be a journey from one dis-ease to another. Life is beautiful, full of opportunities to learn about our unlimited power.

Working with The BodyTalk System™ and Yoga I become a facilitator between the flow of energy and the process of inner communication between the wonderful microcosm that is our holistic being and the unlimited macrocosm of the Spirit that is surrounding and supporting us, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

I feel really blessed to be able share with others this path of awakening to the Divine Nature that is within all of us. I would love hear from you.
